Fish soup kettles are used in Hungary only in the preparation of fish soup. Due to the shape of these boilers, we smoke on the boiler by geleidet. The smoke does not come into contact with the food to be cooked. These boilers are also suitable for preparation of hot drinks such as mulled wine or just to heat water for tea or grog.
